Winnipeg, Canada Integral Dental Full time

Full time Receptionist required in a friendly, patient focused & family oriented dental practice.

Receptionist Qualifications:

- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
- With experience on receptionist responsibilities; Dental office experience preferred but not required.
- With very good communication and proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Must be available evenings and alternating Saturdays

Job duties will be but not limited to:

- Personally greet patients. Monitor front desk.
- Answer phone call inquiries.
- Facilitating and scheduling / booking appointments, process payments, assist with insurance claim
- Actively promote patients to refer family and friends

- Monday to Friday
- Saturday as needed

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform order entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support to the office
- Serve as a receptionist, greeting and assisting visitors
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Act as a personal assistant to executives, managing calendars and scheduling
appointments
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and logistics
- Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Utilize Google Suite and other software for various administrative tasks

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, such as dental receptionist, clerk, or medical
receptionist, is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar office productivity tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

- Winnipeg, MB R3C 0A3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
