**DUTIES**
- Prepare materials and equipment for scheduled jobs; transport equipment and crew members to/from worksites as needed (company truck provided).
- Prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor the prep, painting and cleanup of assigned crew
- Train/inform employees of production procedures and safety policies
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and tools for self and crew
- Estimate material, labor and timelines
- Participate in prep, spraying, rolling and brushwork where and as needed
- Lead, motivate and delegate responsibilities to crew members
- Occasional out of town jobs (bonus provided)
- Occasional weekend and evening work

**REQUIRED**
- 3+ years of painting experience **OR **completion of an approved technical training program in painting and one year of supervisory experience;
- Experience or trade specific training in supervisory principles, practices, and techniques.
- Bondable
- Experience estimating completion times and materials
- Valid driver's license (copy of valid G license required upon acceptance of position)
- Willing/able to work indoors, outdoors, on a ladder, lift, scaffolding and around odours
- 6 month probation
- Able to distinguish between colours
- Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs, repetitive bending, crouching, kneeling, lifting
- Proven experience leading a crew
- Professional verbal and written communication with team members and customers
- Knowledge and experience with painting tools, equipment, and materials

**Salary**: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
