**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Social Worker or Clinical Counsellor.
- Current registration and good standing with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW) or the Association of Counselling Therapy Alberta (ACTA).
- Individual professional liability insurance.
- Experience in vocationally focused rehabilitation is preferred.

**Skills and Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for conducting detailed mental health assessments (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ART), collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and developing personalized treatment plans. You may also assist clients with vocational rehabilitation, using mental health strategies to help them reintegrate into the workforce.
- Offer individual and group therapy (both in-person and virtual) for clients with anxiety, trauma, depression, substance misuse, and more.
- Strong clinical reasoning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in vocational rehabilitation is highly preferred. If you have experience in helping clients transition back to work or improve job-related skills, this will be a strong asset.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills, including time management and prioritization.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate within a team.

**Job Type**: Contract - part time

This is a part-time contract position for up to 20 hours per week. Depending on your performance and client needs, there may be potential for contract renewal or increased hours in the future.

Pay: From $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
