New Westminster, Canada Make Space Inc. Full time

This position will report to our New Westminster Office in BC; we are located along a SkyTrain line and provide a monthly transit pass or company-paid parking. The role will be required to report to the office daily.

**JOB SUMMARY**

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY**
- Accurately code and enter accounts payable invoices
- Obtain approvals for all invoices from the operations team
- Prepare weekly payments for approval
- Preparation of supplier account reconciliations
- Reconciliation of credit card statements and expense reports
- Monitor intercompany balances
- Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary level accounting/bookkeeping courses preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong communication, analytical and technical skills
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced deadline-orientated environment.
- Ability to establish strong team relationships.
- Ability to ask for help and guidance when necessary.
- Quick learner with the ability to grasp the complexity of multiple entities.
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
- High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
