We seek a highly skilled Curriculum Manager to lead the development and management of our educational programs, ensuring they meet Ministry of Education and National Association of Career Colleges (NACC) standards.

**Role Overview**:
As the Curriculum Manager, you will oversee our healthcare education programs' design, development, and continuous improvement. You will ensure that all curricula comply with Ministry of Education requirements and NACC standards, and you will play a key role in integrating these curricula into our Learning Management System (LMS). Your expertise will help shape the educational experience of our students, ensuring they are fully prepared for their future careers in healthcare.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Lead the design and development of curriculum for HSW, PSW, DSW, and other healthcare education programs, ensuring alignment with Ministry of Education and NACC standards.
- **Program Compliance**: Ensure all curricula meet regulatory requirements and are approved by the Ministry of Education and NACC.
- **LMS Integration**: Oversee the integration of curriculum content into the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for students and instructors.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Regularly review and update curricula to remain current, relevant, and aligned with best practices and industry standards.
- **Faculty Collaboration**: Work closely with faculty and instructors to ensure effective curriculum delivery, providing guidance and support as needed.
- **Quality Assurance**: To maintain the highest educational standards across all programs, implement and oversee quality assurance processes.
- **Student Success**: Monitor student outcomes and feedback, using this data to drive curriculum improvements and support student success.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Liaise with regulatory bodies, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance and compliance.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field is required; a background in healthcare education is highly desirable.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in curriculum development and management, particularly within healthcare education (HSW, PSW, DSW programs).
- **Regulatory Knowledge**: Strong understanding of Ministry of Education requirements and NACC standards for curriculum approval.
- **LMS Proficiency**: Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including curriculum integration and management.
- **Leadership Skills**: Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to guide teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
- **Attention to Detail**: High accuracy and attention to detail in managing curriculum documentation and compliance processes.
- **Innovative Thinking**: Ability to develop innovative educational strategies that enhance the learning experience and support student success.
