**Position Overview**:
As a Culinary Supervisor at Queen’s Harbour, you will play a key leadership role in managing kitchen operations and guiding a talented culinary team. You will oversee the preparation and presentation of MediterrAsian-inspired dishes, ensuring quality, consistency, and creativity. Your leadership skills will be crucial in fostering a collaborative, efficient, and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that each dish meets the high standards that define our restaurant.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Lead Culinary Operations**:Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations during service.
- ** Maintain High Standards**:Ensure all dishes meet Queen’s Harbour’s standards for taste, presentation, and portioning.
- ** Train and Develop Staff**:Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- ** Monitor Inventory and Prep**:Oversee inventory control, ordering, and food prep to ensure the kitchen is fully stocked and prepared for service.
- ** Enforce Sanitation Standards**:Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, adhering to all sanitation and safety standards.
- ** Collaborate with the Team**:Work closely with chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure timely, accurate food preparation and delivery.
- ** Problem-Solve and Adapt**: Quickly resolve issues in the kitchen and adapt to changing priorities during service.
- ** Ensure Consistency**:Monitor food quality and consistency during peak hours, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
- ** Oversee Closing Duties**:Manage end-of-shift procedures, including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen for the next service.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of culinary expertise
- Leadership Skills
- Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment is essential.
- Strong skills in various cooking techniques are necessary.
- In-depth knowledge and adherence to sanitation and safety procedures are mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team with strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills are required to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions under pressure is essential.
