Academy of Learning Career College (AOLCC) - Brampton East Campus is currently seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator and Instructor who can effectively teach and guide future early childhood educators. **Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum of 5 years of current working experience as an Early Childhood Educator
- Current membership in the provincial association for Early Childhood Educators

OR
- Early Childhood Educator’s Diploma from a registered college
- Minimum of 5 years of current working experience as an Early Childhood Educator
- Current membership in the provincial association for Early Childhood Educators
- Individuals who have obtained an Early Childhood Education (ECE) credential from a country outside of Canada are required to have their credentials translated into English or French. Additionally, their credentials must undergo assessment by the Ministry regulating Private Career Colleges to determine their equivalency in Canada.
- Additionally, membership in the provincial association for Early Childhood Educators is mandatory. The minimum work experience as an Early Childhood Educator remains the same as mentioned above.

**The following qualifications will be considered an asset**:

- Formal training and/or experience in teaching adults within an educational setting.
