Position Overview We are seeking an experienced freight and logistics professional to manage existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who understands the freight brokerage industry and is looking for an exciting change with strong earning potential and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing customer accounts Develop new customer relationships and generate new business Coordinate freight movements across truckload, LTL, intermodal, and specialized services Negotiate rates with customers and carriers Maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and internal teams Qualifications Previous experience in freight brokerage or logistics (required) Strong understanding of transportation operations and pricing Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships Self-motivated, results-driven, and professional Excellent communication and negotiation skills Competitive base salary plus lucrative commission structure Strong operational support and access to company-owned assets Opportunity for growth within a diversified logistics group Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment Why Join Goldlink Logistics?
