**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Champion the dealership co-op advertising program
- Monthly claims review and processing
- Tracking and reporting
- Special co-op programs
- Support development of future vision for co-op program
- Support TCI’s efforts in the prevention of vehicle export
- Collaborate with other departments and act as the focal point for both Zone and Dealer communication
- Prioritization and organization of communication
- Adherence to Toyota brand standards
- Efficient and effective communications that add value for the recipients
- Support with managing the Field Sales Operations budget
- Support with the development of key field staff resources (reports, 1-pagers, presentations, etc.)
- Champion the monthly Zone WebEx
- Support with Annual Dealer Review & Objectives process
**What You’ll Bring**:
- University Degree or College diploma in an Automotive Program, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Two years related work experience, preferably in retail and wholesale Vehicle Sales Operations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work non-standard hours and overtime as required
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects
