We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, full-time  **Customer Relations and Outbound Projects Associate** (M/F), who will play an important role in our small but dynamic team, dedicated to building and improving our fast-growing business. When our customers or patients contact us, they receive personalized attention from a knowledgeable employee, not a call centre.

At Candorvision your role will involve:

- Introducing our treatments to doctors and clinic staff and providing relevant information
- Providing a consistent high level of personalized customer service
- Organizing virtual presentations / educational and best practice sharing sessions through Zoom/MS Teams
- Maintaining accounts records in CRM by ensuring customer files are completed and updated on a regular basis
- Occasional administrative tasks

Your must-haves
- You have a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in Optometry, Ophthalmology, or medical office setting
- You communicate perfectly in English and French, both written and verbal (the role involves communication with accounts in Quebec and across Canada)
- You enjoy speaking over the phone and are a strong verbal communicator with active listening skills
- You can maintain a positive attitude
- You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- You are energetic, personable, open-minded and caring
- You have strong organization skills, proactive work ethic and attention to detail
- You’re a team player; collaborative, and ready to help where needed
- You can multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- You are an autonomous worker
- You know how to use MS office and are open to adapt to new systems
- You are committed to adaption to dynamic circumstances in an entrepreneurial environment with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical/optical/health/beauty industry is an asset
- Previous experience working with high-end brands or products is welcome

What we offer

Nous recherchons actuellement un(e) **associé(e) aux relations clientèle** **et aux projets bilingue **(H/F) enthousiaste et à temps plein, qui jouera un rôle important au sein de notre petite mais dynamique équipe, dédiée à la construction et à l'amélioration de notre entreprise en croissance rapide. Lorsque nos clients ou patients nous contactent, ils reçoivent une attention personnalisée de la part d'un employé compétent et non d'un centre d'appels.

Chez Candorvision, votre rôle impliquera:

- Communiquer avec les clients et patients B2B actuels et potentiels par téléphone et par courrier électronique (entrants et sortants)
- Présenter nos traitements aux médecins et au personnel de la clinique et fournir des informations pertinentes
- Fournir un niveau élevé et constant de service client personnalisé
- Organisation de présentations virtuelles/sessions éducatives et de partage de bonnes pratiques via Zoom/MS Teams
- Tenir les registres des comptes dans CRM en veillant à ce que les dossiers clients soient complétés et mis à jour régulièrement
- Tâches administratives occasionnelles

Les Exigences:

- Vous avez au moins 1 à 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle en optométrie, en ophtalmologie ou en cabinet médical.
- Vous communiquez parfaitement en anglais et en français, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral (le rôle consiste à communiquer avec des comptes au Québec et à travers le Canada)
- Vous aimez parler au téléphone et êtes un bon communicateur verbal doté de compétences d'écoute active.
