**Overview**
Facile Perth is currently collecting resumes, on behalf of a family seeking a part-time support worker. Interviews and hiring will be completed by the family.

**What You Will Do**

Offer 1-1 quality respite support for a young woman in her own home living in the Stratford area

Work closely with the family to support daily living activities, community connections and personal development

Be available on Saturdays for an 8-hour shift (10-6pm with flexibility), and one weekend a month (overnight sleep) with the option to provide additional support as needed.

**You Have**
A passion for supporting people to live good and dignified lives in their community and a creative mindset

An interest in the outdoors and music

Ability to work independently and an interest in collaborating with family caregivers

An OSSD, clear Vulnerable Sector Check (or are willing to get one) and a driver's licence

Experience supporting individuals with medical needs and knowledge of how to reduce self-injurious behaviours using dignified and caring approaches
