**Job Description**:
Hugel Aesthetics Canada is working to bring our top-performing portfolio of aesthetic injectables to patients and practitioners around the world—and helping everyone achieve their aesthetic aspirations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of technical customer service representatives.
- Foster an environment focused on delivering high-quality service and innovative solutions in every customer interaction.
- Manage and resolve escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and enhance order accuracy across multiple ERP systems, maintaining a high standard.
- Support capital equipment technical inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer-facing loyalty programs and other commercial technology enablement initiatives.
- Maintain and update training materials to ensure the team is proficient with CRM platforms and other related technologies.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in English and Korean is preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement innovative solutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and improve operational effectiveness.
- A track record of achieving high order accuracy and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; additional relevant certifications or training are a plus.
