Care & Company is a leading provider of in-home care services in Victoria BC.
We are committed to providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients, helping them to live independently in their own homes.

**Position**:Driver/Companion
**Employment**: Part-time, Full-time
**Shifts & Hours**: Weekdays and Weekends Availability.
**Compensation**: $23.00 per hour.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide an excellent driving experience to individuals or groups of Seniors.
- Run occasional errands during shifts.
- Assist clients with daily chores and meals.
- Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the client.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.

**Qualifications**:

- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Valid BC driver’s license.
- Experience in driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Experience in driving Van-type of vehicle is desired, but not limited.
- Willingness to provide a Criminal Record Check and references.
- First Aid or CPR Level C.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
