The Fairfield at Edmonton Airport is now looking for Night Auditors to join our team. The beautiful Fairfield By Marriott features 135 guestrooms and suites, flexible meeting space, indoor pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and on-site Lounge.

The Night Auditor will be responsible for conducting a nightly audit, balancing and consolidating departmental ledger accounts, preparation of various hotel operating reports and overnight security. They are required to work through the night shift on the front desk.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and completes night audit according to Marriott standards
- Prints and verify end of day reports
- Process nightly wake up calls through the Phone System
- Reports all concerns to management relating to maintenance, health and safety, security or suspicious circumstances
- Responsible for balancing the revenue and transactions which occurred during the day
- Balance cash drawers and record receipts
- Check-ins and check-outs of guests in accordance with hotel standards in an efficient and friendly manner as well as verifying method of payment
- Takes reservations via telephone, fax and other correspondence
- Answer guest inquiries regarding rates, packages, and general information accurately and in a timely manner
- Resolving guests complains and concerns as well as acknowledging guests in the lobby.
- Ensuring the lobby and work area is clean and free of debris
- Ensuring Market is fully stocked
- Ensuring communication between different shifts and departments
- Oversee and monitors meeting room and boardroom operations which includes preparation and cleaning
- Assist other departments wherever necessary
- Acts as property security overnight to ensure the safety and security of our guests and facilities.
- Controls and sign out keys in accordance with procedure
- Deal with guest requests and/or issues in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner
- Follows the policies and procedures and all brand standards as outlined by Marriott
- Follows all policies, procedures and rules as stated in the Courtyard By Marriott safety and emergency policies and procedures
- Perform any reasonable requests as assigned or directed by management
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
