We’re a fast-growing chiropractic clinic in Waterloo looking for a **Patient Advocate** who’s more than just friendly — we want someone who’s trustworthy, persuasive, and driven to help patients say “yes” to life-changing care.
This is not a front-desk job. This is a **consultative enrollment role** designed for someone who knows how to ask the right questions, handle objections with empathy, and confidently guide patients into care plans that work for them — and work for the chiropractic clinic.
**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Meet with new patients during their first visit and walk them through care options in a clear, inspiring, and strategic way
- Close enrollment into care plans using a proven framework — with strong conversion rates expected
- Follow up with leads and pending patients, overcome objections, and handle concerns professionally
- Act as the bridge between the clinical team and the patient — educating, guiding, and influencing patient decisions
- Track and report conversion metrics, pipeline status, and personal performance weekly
- Assist with community outreach, referral growth, and internal promotions to increase patient volume
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience in dealing with patients, consultative sales, enrollment, or high-ticket service roles
- Exceptionally strong verbal communication skills — confidence, warmth, clarity, and influence are key
- Ability to listen deeply, build trust quickly, and move conversations toward decisions
- You’re goal-oriented, numbers-driven, and motivated by **performance-based compensation**:
- Background in chiropractic, wellness, or healthcare is a bonus — but not required
- Must be able to work some evenings and weekends based on patient scheduling needs
