**How you’ll spend your time**:
As a Wealth Planner, you will create custom plans for new and existing Thrive clients. You will be empowered to build and implement creative business development solutions. In addition to prospecting and networking activities, your team and credit union partners will send client referrals your way. You will provide world-class advice and solutions to our clients, working closely with the wealth and insurance teams to meet ever-changing client needs.

You are ready to proactively build business through our credit union partnerships, external networking and strong relationships with our internal wealth team.

**The experience you bring**:

- 2+ years of financial service and planning experience
- Financial planning designation (CFP®/PFP®)
- Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC) is a strong asset
- Proven networking and client acquisition skills
- Ability to build strong partner relationships
- Experience in the insurance and investment industry is an asset
