**Job description**

Reporting to the Logistics Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Dartmouth warehouse and will occasionally be called upon to travel to the Moncton warehouse. You will work in collaboration with the head office team located in Laval, Quebec. More specifically, your tasks will be:

- Manage the operations of the satellite warehouses of Dartmouth (6 to 10 employees) and Moncton (3 employees).
- Manage the activities of the employees of the above mentioned locations by monitoring hiring, scheduling, performance and disciplinary actions, with the support of head office.
- Manage the receptions on pallets or in bulk and the order preparation process.
- Control the inventory’s quality of the above mentioned locations in order to maximize sales.
- Manage the annual inventory count and document the monthly inventory changes for each of the locations.
- Ensure the training of the employees.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the building and the equipment.
- Perform the same duties as the supervised individuals as needed.
- Participate in the seasonal planning of the reception of merchandise containers.
- Provide support on projects to improve operations at all locations.
- All other related duties.

**Desired skills**
- 5 years experience in management
- 10 years experience in warehouse
- Mastery of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
