You are:

- Pleasant, friendly, and professional
- Great with people and naturally uplifting to be around
- Calm and efficient under pressure
- Reliable, assertive, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Skilled with computers, Microsoft Word & Excel
- Comfortable with social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Passionate about helping others and maintaining a beautiful, organized space

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet clients warmly and ensure they have the best possible experience
- Answer phone calls, messages, and client inquiries
- Maintain and organize the schedule for our head artist Robin
- Assist our body piercer Maryam with scheduling and studio needs
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and aligned with our high standards
- Help maintain the calming, welcoming energy of the space
- Manage light administrative tasks and data entry
- Assist with social media organization and content support

**Position Details**
- **Location**: 7683 Newman Blvd. Suite 101 LaSalle, QC
- **Hours**: Tuesday-Friday 10:45am to 7:00pm
- **Start Date**: Immediate
- **Compensation**: $19.00/hour
