**Responsibilities**:

- Wage + Commission based Show Home sales representative
- Conduct tours and sales through Beacon Homes Show Home locations and specs homes to potential clients
- Ensure show homes are opened during set times as outlined by Beacon Homes
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Assist clients throughout their home building experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability
- Adding appropriate content to social media platforms as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

- Experience in sales is an asset
- Previous experience in direct sales and/or new home sales is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and maximize revenue
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
- Valid Class 5 drivers license and reliable vehicle is required

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
