The FCM Coordinator’s primary role is to provide administrative support to the FCM department. This role is responsible for the administration of agreements; assisting in the development of procurement documents and publications; assigning and prioritize work orders; support with meetings including scheduling, minutes, and agendas; timekeeping; creating requisitions, allocating costs; communicating with stakeholders and other related administrative duties.
As a requirement of the position, the successful applicant must hold a valid class 5 BC driver’s license and must provide a satisfactory driver’s abstract and a satisfactory Police Information Check prior to beginning employment.
