We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team in our Laval office
As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible to maintain and service a profitable book of business based upon the company's objectives and individual business plans.

Your day as a Client Service Representative
Collect and review of underwriting information from clients.
Issue and format insurance submissions and client presentations.
Translate and review documentation.
Prepare invoicing instructions.
Respond to clients on insurance request certificates.
Follow up and review policies, endorsements, and invoices.
Organize and track deliverables and deadlines for the team EPIC filing.
5 years of experience in insurance brokerage.
University degree (preferably in business or finance).
Insurance broker's license issued by the AMF.
Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
Customer service oriented.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
