**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a B.A. or M.A. level program with an academic background in conflict resolution, the social sciences or a related field. Areas of counseling, social psychology and identity-based conflict are prefrerred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a research team.
- Demonstrated interest in conflict resolution, in truth and reconciliation and also in equity and justice.
- Experience in conducting research and, in particular, literature reviews.
- Demonstrated initiative and good time management and organizational skills.
- Strong writing skills and good attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data, identify patterns, and synthesize information from various sources.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., Atlas) is an asset.
