We are seeking a motivated and creative Local Store Marketing Coordinator to enhance our brand's presence in the community and drive customer engagement. This position requires travelling.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement localized marketing campaigns to increase store traffic and sales.
- Coordinate community outreach programs and events to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to foster community connections.
- Collaborate with the store management team to identify marketing opportunities and gather customer insights.
- Analyze local market trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and promotions, ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage all aspects of new store openings, including online platform setup, planning and execution of promotional materials and events.
- Track and report on the performance of local marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Regular monthly store visits supporting and building operations intelligence
- Other projects/support as requested by Manager / Owners
**Skills**
- Proficiency in Google Ads management and optimization.
- Experience with WordPress for website management.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or community-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of local market trends and community engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing software.
- Creative mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and projects, with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Pay: $48,304.00-$54,874.00 per year
