**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plunger Lift Area Supervisor for the Well Master Canada Shop in Drayton Valley Alberta. Our Area Supervisors play a vital role in ensuring the area deliver high-quality results while maintaining a positive and productive environment. We are dedicated to creating a workplace where leadership thrives, ideas are valued, and professional growth is supported.

As an area supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the area meets and exceeds our company standards for performance and productivity. Your key responsibilities include:

- Sales and area development
- Maintenance area shop, personnel, etc.
- AOP participation
- Customer engagement and support
- Field technician support
- Inventory control
- Attending trade shows as required
- Timesheet approval of field personnel
- Field ticket review
- Quotes and POs
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years successful experience in optimization and plunger lift
- MS Suite including Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, and other Microsoft programs
- In depth knowledge of Well Master products
- Ability to build positive relationships internally and externally.
- Expected to know and comply with all internal practices and procedures as per safety manual and employee handbook,
- Field Work Planning, Scheduling
