**Day to Day**:

- Develop project deliverables, milestones and resourcing plans for project completion.
- Monitor project progress across the Project Management team, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring standardized delivery.
- Lead projects independently and assist PMs with their project deliverables.
- Serve as a people manager, focusing on mentorship and career development.
- Work with internal teams to determine requirements and prioritize requests.
- Participate in vendor selection, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with legal counsel.
- Work with the Application Services Manager for development and quality assurance resources.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including risks, issues, and decision logs.
- Manage financial budgeting and reporting for projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or working towards.
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience managing projects.
- 5+ years of experience in team management or supervision.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward successful task completion.
- Experience communicating with multilevel stakeholders up and down the organization hierarchy.
- Knowledge in the fundamentals of organizational change management.
- Practical experience generating comprehensive process documentation and reports.
- Proven analytical, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft 365 Application Suite, specifically Visio.

**Additional Assets**:

- Experience in the Agricultural or Milling industry.
- Completed or working towards a Business Analyst diploma or certification.
- Experience managing user testing initiatives.
