As a Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective movement of cannabis products from packaging to distribution. You will work closely with various departments, including cultivation, processing, quality assurance, sales, and logistics, to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and are delivered to our customers on time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating and managing the supply chain process, from procurement of raw materials to the delivery of finished products
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Collaborating with production and quality assurance teams to ensure that production plans align with inventory levels and customer demand
- Monitoring inventory levels and identifying opportunities to optimize inventory management
- Managing logistics and transportation activities, including scheduling and tracking shipments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, transactions, and other supply chain-related data
- Identifying and resolving issues that may arise in the supply chain process

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics, preferably in the cannabis industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
- Knowledge of regulations related to the cannabis industry would be an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other supply chain management software
- **Must be able to pass a criminal background check**:

- **Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19**

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
