This high-velocity, fast-paced environment plays a critical role in their supply chain. Position Overview As the Distribution Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will manage a large team, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain high standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations of the distribution center, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance service levels Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive performance and accountability Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and internal policies Foster a positive, high-performance culture through coaching, training, and team development Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution Manage budgets, inventory accuracy, and equipment maintenance Qualifications 7+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management Proven leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Post‑secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement All applications are confidential.
