**Customer Service Representative**

**Position**:Customer Service Associate

**Location**: Ajax, ON

**Responsibilities**:

- Process online orders from Amazon, Walmart, and other platforms.
- Processing and filing invoices and entering data into QuickBooks.
- Enter sales orders received daily.

**Other responsibilities**:

- Assisting phone, online chat, and walk-in customers.
- Manage office supplies including restocking.
- Ensuring availability with colleagues when necessary.
- Helping higher management with day-to-day activities.

**Skill sets**:

- Working knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset.
- Basic understanding of Accounting Principles.
- Confident with numbers as you will be required to perform tasks including invoicing, order processing, and AR.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Eager and willing to take on new tasks with enthusiasm.
- Able to prioritize tasks and responsibilities to ensure deadlines are met.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Education and experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year preferred
- High school diploma with account certification is an asset.
