**Job description**:
Our growing company is looking for experienced cleaner to clean multi-residential buildings in Kitchener-Waterloo Monday to Friday for 8 hours a day. This position requires driving a company vehicle around to multiple sites per day Kitchener-Waterloo to clean. The cleaning is in common areas of multi residential buildings and the odd commercial building. Some sites attention to detail is more important and tasks are more light duty / detail focused. Other sites we need someone who can cover ground, lift around mop pails/vacuums, clean 3 storey buildings that have no elevator, etc. We are looking for a reliable individual that is physically fit. The earliest starting time would be 8am and the latest you would be required to work is 5pm.

**Job requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handling keys and FOB’s
- Working in a safe manner
- Reporting any unsafe conditions
- Use personal protective equipment as required
- Monitoring levels of supplies
- Able to communicate with personal cell phone
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, windows, garbage clean up, stainless steel, dusting

**Working conditions**:
The applicant must be available Monday to Friday, as early as 8am and as late as 5pm. Total hours 37.5-40 hours per week.

**Salary**:
$19/hr to start
