Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences? Great Events Catering is seeking experienced Catering Servers with experience in Fine Dining to join our team on a casual basis, with an immediate opportunity to work at a prestigious, high-profile event on **September 6th**.

This is your chance to be part of one of the most recognized events of the year and work alongside a professional, dynamic team in an exciting and rewarding atmosphere.

**Duties**:

- Provide professional fine dining and banquet service to guests
- Set up, maintain, and break down banquet rooms and service areas according to event requirements
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Follow proper wine service and beverage handling protocols
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout service
- Ensure all guests receive an exceptional dining experience
- Oversee other service staff, coordinate timing, and assist managers delivering seamless event execution

**Your Experience and Skills Include**:

- Minimum 2 years serving experience (must include at least 6 months of a la carte service)
- Banquet service experience
- Knowledge of banquet food service techniques
- Excellent knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer
- Valid ProServe certification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be available to work on September 6, 2025
