**Job Description**:
The Group Leaders responsibilities will include:

- Direct supervision of CompuSpread sales order management team; hosting team meetings; building cohesiveness within team; leading CIP
- Offer exceptional customer service with professional, prompt, actions and timely responses to both inside and outside customers
- Effectively maintain and help grow existing customer accounts and help attract new accounts
- Establish/maintain customer agreements with key customers, in conjunction with Technical Sales Consultants
- Supporting Product Management duties related to forecasting; inventory planning; sales planning; market and competitor analysis and strategy, and development of tools for the team
- Working with sales and logistics to develop annual sales demand forecast to drive material procurement and production activities
- Aid in customer on-time delivery by effectively managing any related backlogs, helping to expedite components, and resolve conflicts in order to meet customer requirements
- Involvement in product development activities and new product launches
- Customer visitations and travel as required
- Promote teamwork and create/maintain a positive working environment
- Implement continuous Improvement activities

**Qualifications**:

- Completed High School Diploma (OSSGD) or equivalent
- Completed College or University Degree preferably in a Business ore technical related program
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service, inside sales or sales environment and 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Experience with/technical knowledge of hydraulics and commercial vehicles preferred
- Strong leadership skills with sound decision making abilities
- Must be a team player with excellent people/interpersonal skills - with the ability to develop others, mentor and coach when applicable
