The Group Benefits and Retirement Service Advisor is a licensed insurance professional specializing in the sale and servicing of group health benefit plans and group retirement plans. This role involves identifying and working with corporate clients to assess their group insurance and retirement needs, setting up appropriate plans, and providing ongoing support. The broker will ensure client satisfaction through efficient policy management and adherence to our organizational values of integrity, innovation, and client care.
**What does the **Group Benefits and Retirement Services Advisor **do?**
- Conduct thorough assessments of corporate clients’ group benefit and retirement needs to recommend suitable plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage and financial security.
