Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled installer to join our team. As an installer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to both residential and commercial millwork installations. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently and with a team.

**Duties**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Install and assemble various components according to specifications
- Restore and repair existing structures as required
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project completion within deadlines
- Install to AWMAC standards

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in construction or a related field (4+ years), red seal preferred
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Strong carpentry skills and ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site
- Providing your own tools is an asset
- Must have own transportation

Ideally we are looking for subcontractors over employees for this position.

Subcontractors must supply their own WCB and proof of liability insurance.

Pay: $30.00-$55.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
