As Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for expediting the flow of incoming and outgoing shipments as per company guidelines and in compliance with all safety processes and hazardous material requirements as well as inventory control. Key responsibilities include:

- Provide inventory management support; part numbers, balances, reports & physical inventory, cycle counts.
- Ensure stockroom is properly organized and work area.
- Receive & unpack materials & supplies and transfer to locations.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels for shipping supplies.
- Pack and Ship Customer Orders.
- Arrange for Courier LTL and FTL shipping and complete the necessary export documents.
- Operate appropriate machinery which may include tier lift truck, hand truck, forklift, etc., to move, convey, hoist shipments to & from shipping & receiving platforms.

Physical Demands:

- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, regularly, and move 70 plus pounds occasionally.
- Bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting, throughout the day
- Standing for long periods

Shift: Monday - Thursday 7 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday 7 AM to 11:30 AM

- Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Supply Chain Management & logistics or relevant field experience preferred.
- Experience with receiving, purchasing, & inventory.
- Ability to read, write & comprehend instructions, correspondence & other information.
- Mathematical skills: ability to use calculator.
- Experience with MS Office, Excel & ability to perform specific shipping/inventory exercises in relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with people throughout the organization and vendors.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail, multitasking, and organization.
- Possess a valid Forklift license or the ability to obtain a forklift license is preferred.
