**MANA is seeking Full-Time Inventory Coordinator to join our growing team.**

**What you'll do as an Inventory Coordinator**:

- Track physical inventory of finished bundles and coils on site.
- Verify and reconcile physical inventory with inventory listings in Navision and other required databases to ensure accurate counts.
- Coordinate and lead periodic inventory cycle counts with finance and logistics for accounting and audit purposes.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics to ensure product inventory is available for shipment.
- Inventory tracking of Aicher Steels America (ASA) products on site.
- Coordinating shipments of Aicher Steels America (ASA) products.
- Maintain accurate inventory listings in Navision and other required databases.
- Reconcile freight invoices and BOLs using internal control methods.
- Coordinate with finance to receive all documentation required for invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Secondary School - Required
- Post-secondary education in supply chain and logistics or related field an asset
- 5+ years’ experience with inventory coordinating/ tracking
- Experience working with Navision or ERP Software an asset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a busy work environment
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Steel Manufacturing industry would be an asset

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
