As a Customer Service Representative at Opulence Global, you will be the frontline ambassador of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every interaction with our customers is positive, efficient, and solutions-oriented. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to maintaining our brand's reputation for excellence in the luxury products industry.

**Primary responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests related to our products
- Assist customers in product selection, order placement, and post-purchase support
- Assist in the order fulfillment process as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
- Update account status and database regularly
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Perform other duties as requested
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a product-related or luxury goods environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent follow-up and communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
- A strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must speak, read and write English fluently
- Ability to speak, read and write another language is preferred

**Education**
- Secondary Education or equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
