**Position**:Shipping/Customer Service Representative

**Job Type**: Permanent Full-Time, starting immediately

As Shipping/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible to perform order processing and administrative duties such as:

- Gather, organize and process daily customer service orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Confirm parts inventory availability for orders received
- Process service orders according to customers’ requirements
- Dispatch service orders to warehouse for fulfillment
- Order status
- Inventory availability
- Product details
- Provide solutions to resolve various order or customer related issues
- Submit lost or damaged claims with various carriers
- Audit/pay shipping-related invoices
- Engage Management over any order processing or customer service problems you encounter

**Requirements**:
One+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role

A Community College Diploma or University Degree asset

Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task while paying strict attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proficiency in a variety of computer programs such as Word; Excel; Internet Explorer; Firefox; Outlook; etc.

Experience with CommerceHub, SPS Commerce and/or Sage 50 is not required but is an advantage

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
