**Turnaround Administrator - Temporary Position**

Apave Canada is looking for a Turnaround Administrator. This is a temporary position, Edmonton based, position from July 28, 2025, to approx., October 13, 2025. Potential for extension to future Turnarounds or office position.

**Who we are**:
Apave Canada has been serving the oil and gas, petroleum and petrochemical, chemical, power generation, pipeline and potash industries since 1953.

Our Canadian operations currently provide services from Edmonton, Calgary, Cold Lake, Fort McMurray, Lloydminster, Nisku, and Red Deer. Our USA operations provide services from 23 office locations, our United Kingdom operations provide services from 7 office locations, and our Australian operations provide services from 5 locations.

Our growth is primarily due to our combination of experienced management and strong technical skills, combined with a high commitment to customer service.

**Job Duties**:

- Supporting time reconciliation in our timekeeping and project management software.
- Daily allocations in Track with a high degree of accuracy.
- Providing daily updates to our client following their required timelines.
- Creating daily time tickets and communicating with the site lead and client to obtain required billing information.
- Payroll allocations following applicable Alberta Labor Law and Union standard.
- Providing additional administrative support, as needed.

**Requirements and Experience**:

- Strong written and oral communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- A dedication to completing tasks on time and correctly the first time in a high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook is a must - this includes but not limited to experience with Pivot Tables, XLookups, Data validation, etc. This may be tested during the interview process.
- Previous experience with Track is required, any additional ERP software is an asset.
- Previous experience as a Turnaround Administrator is required - please provide references directly related to this role.

**Safety Requirements**:

- Steel-toe boots are required; Apave Canada will provide additional PPE.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts - overtime after 8 hours and on weekends.
- 6 days on, 1 day off rotation.

**Legal entitlement to work in Canada is mandatory.**

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
