The Parts Processor is responsible for the prompt and accurate receiving, cataloguing, and return of parts.

**You Will**:
**1. ** Receive Parts
- Perform the required tasks in a timely, cost effective and accurate manner
- Receive and review part shipments to ensure order accuracy through packing slip, purchase order and NetSuite records
- Create and submit report to Parts Purchaser highlighting any discrepancies
- Place parts received into the proper location within the warehouse
- Keep all aisles and emergency exits free from obstructions
- Maintain files and parts catalogues in an orderly and neat manner, both digital and paper
- Ensure that all parts are stored in racking or shelving in a safe and orderly manner

2. Ship Parts
- Track parts inventory and work with Parts Specialist to maintain accuracy and integrity of stock
- Pick orders in accordance to component priority
- Complete the pick process as per company timelines
- Review orders for accuracy
- Label and package all outgoing service parts

5. Return Parts
- Receive all returns
- Prepare a receiving report for each item returned
- Document status of parts returned (ie. stock or scrap)
- Dispose of parts as per company policy

**You Have**:

- Experience with an ERP or inventory software (NetSuite considered an asset)
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2 years experience in a warehouse setting in shipping and receiving
- Experience operating a forklift/clamp truck
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull product weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Safety mindset
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to deal with people sensitively and professionally at all times
- Problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and are a positive team player
- Experience using RF scanners
- Computer literate, proficiency in programs such as, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
