The Role

This position offers variety, ownership, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily accounting operations
  • Managing month-end and year-end close
  • Preparing accurate financial statements and reports
  • Overseeing AP/AR and general ledger activities
  • Coordinating audits and working with external auditors
  • Supporting compliance and maintaining financial records
  • Partnering with operations and sales to improve workflows
  • Recommending process improvements and supporting financial strategy

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or currently pursuing
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • 2+ years in a supervisory/lead role
  • Experience with month-end close, AP/AR, financial reporting
  • Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills
  • Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
