**Job Summary**
The Lead Line Cook will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, and food preparation in our establishment. This role requires a creative culinary professional with strong leadership skills to ensure the highest quality dining experience for our customers.

**Duties**:

- Maintain consistent menu items in line with culinary trends and customer preferences
- Supervise kitchen staff, including line cooks, and other team members
- Train and mentor kitchen employees on proper cooking techniques and procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory levels and control food costs effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in the food industry
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a culinary team
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities
- Understanding of restaurant management principles and practices
- Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
