**Introduction**

Falpaco is currently seeking a Material Handler/Receiving and Shipping Clerk.

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, the technician will contribute to the completion and monitoring of the company's quality management and continuous improvement activities.

Main Duties:

- Provide technical support to internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Review and maintain the quality management system documentation, including all company processes and work instructions.
- Work closely with production personnel to perform various follow-ups or interventions and ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
- Conduct internal audits of products, processes, and systems.
- Participate in the internal and external non-conformance processes. external partners.
- Participate in and/or lead problem-solving workshops.
- Review and maintain the production employee training system.
- Maintain product quality monitoring statistics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in continuous improvement workshops.
- Participate in the new product validation process.
- Manage the calibration system.
