Solar Advisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solar Advisor to join our team. As a Solar Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to customers interested in solar energy solutions. Your role will involve assessing customer needs, explaining the benefits of solar energy, and assisting with the sales process. **Duties**:

- Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and determine the feasibility of solar energy solutions
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives
- Collaborate with sales team to develop customized solar energy proposals based on customer requirements
- Provide accurate and detailed information on solar system components, installation process, and maintenance requirements
- Assist customers in understanding financing options and available rebates or tax credits
- Coordinate with installation team to ensure seamless project execution
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in solar technology

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and their components
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex concepts to customers
- Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for installation purposes
- Familiarity with low voltage electrical systems and mechanical principles
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as backhoes or bucket trucks is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any technical issues during installation or maintenance

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $33,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
