- Reporting to: Guest Services Manager
- Status: Full time (permanent)
- Schedule: Shift work based on weekly schedules, weekdays and weekends

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Excellent English communication, oral and written - A second language an asset
- Diploma in Hospitality Management an asset
- Good computer knowledge - Knowledge of PMS Opera an asset
- Excellent customer service: Approachable, pleasant, courteous, empathetic, fast acting
- Able and enjoys working in a team environment as well as independently
- Able to organize, prioritize and, multitask
