We are seeking a skilled and motivated Backhoe Operator to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**
- We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Backhoe Operator to support our shallow utility project, primarily using the backhoe as a loader for material handling. In this role, you will operate a backhoe to load and move materials and assist with additional responsibilities, including:

- Setting service vaults
- backfilling site holes
- landscaping
- connecting conduit to build network

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate a backhoe as a loader to handle and transport materials
- Install service vaults and connect underground conduit according to project specifications
- Assist with landscaping tasks to restore and enhance project sites
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality project completion
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Take note that this is not only a backhoe job, it includes many other aspects of our overall work.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a backhoe operator, with expertise in using the backhoe as a loader
- Strong understanding of shallow utility construction processes
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work
- Valid operator’s license
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in construction
- Performing landscaping duties to ensure a polished project finish
- Connecting underground conduit to support utility infrastructure

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
