General Manager (Exec. Producer)

As General Manager at Mino Games, you will be responsible for leading the development of some of our existing and future games, ensuring their development, growth and success. Working across multiple departments, you will get to manage priorities and milestones, while supporting your teams’ efficiency and well being.

**What Challenges Await You**:

- **Set** Production and Studio goals (monthly, quarterly, annual) and Business KPI targets (in collaboration with the Product team & C-staff).
- **Manage** P&L to minimize costs and maximize long term profitability(Optimize costs to stay within agreed upon FP&A budgets).
- **Plan** and organize organizational hiring targets for games under your responsibility.
- **Identify** performance bottlenecks in production pipelines & resources needed to improve (people, process, or tools).
- **Deliver** bi-weekly Business status reports for stakeholder review.
- **Produce** roadmaps & project plans (with support from Production, Product, Eng, and Creative teams).
- **Communicate** to stakeholders and broader teams.
- **Document** best practices and processes.
- **Analyze **performance for key success metrics
- **Manage** the studio team through recurrent planning and operational meetings, effective internal communication channels, running 1 on 1 with direct reports, supporting employee performance reviews and promoting team social events and relationship building.

A Bit About You:

- **Field experience**: 5+ years of experience as a Producer, Product Manager or Studio GM, preferably for F2P mobile games. Previous experience mentoring, developing and managing direct reports and team leads.
- **Tech**: Excel, Agile/Scrum, Asana or similar project management software
- **Knowledge**: English language proficiency. Forecasting and basic financial modeling. Super organized - showcasing a systemic and efficient approach to processing tasks and priorities.
