Job Overview
Duties
- Manage data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
- Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette.
- Perform filing, document proofreading, and organize administrative paperwork to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Assist with customer support and service inquiries, providing timely and courteous assistance.
- Support bookkeeping activities and basic financial recordkeeping for the office.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to staff, including copying, scanning, and mailing documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency. Experience
- Previous office experience is preferred, especially in clerical or administrative roles.
- Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is a plus.
- Strong computer skills including data entry, typing accuracy, and proofreading abilities.
- Customer service experience, particularly in front desk or receptionist roles such as dental or medical office settings.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is desirable.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
