**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Manager of the Regional Tissue Bank, the Tissue Bank Customer Service Representative (CSR) develops, validates, implements, executes and evaluates processes to support excellence in customer service. Customers are defined as the end users of tissues (surgeons, periodontists and dentists) and their representatives including nurses and purchasing agents.

The CSR is the primary contact for all customers in the ordering, delivery and recipient tracking of allograft tissue. The CSR supports the best in customer service practice interacting with customers, addressing customer concerns and identifying areas for improvement.

The CSR will work in collaboration with and under the direction of the Quality Leader in the development, implementation and analysis of evaluation processes such as customer surveys. The CSR will work in collaboration with and under the direction of the manager in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

The CSR also provides administrative support to the department, managing all files, mail and information coming into the department.

**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Grade XII plus two year post-secondary program in Business Administration, preferably marketing is required
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience required
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed with effective communication skills
- Critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
- Significant communication and interpersonal skills required
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Internet and Access/Database
- Ability to support basic statistical analysis and presentation
- Knowledge of medical terminology and orthopedic surgical procedures
- An understanding of allograft products, anatomy, sterilization procedures, aseptic techniques and surgical settings is an asset
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

- Permanent, Full-Time (100%) position; 70 hours biweekly

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$24.96 - $27.61 Hourly
