**JSM Law **is currently recruiting for an in-office experienced **Commercial/Residential Real Estate Clerk **to join our team. The position is a full-time permanent position.

**Responsibilities for the Law Clerk include, but are not limited to**:

- Meeting with clients to review documentation, prepare reporting letters and preparing other transactional documents;
- Keeping track of key dates in the real estate closing process;
- Drafting, reviewing, amending and updating documentation including terms of agreement of purchase and sale, and closing documents;
- Experience with the development and operation of commercial leasing while representing major developers, and builders, etc.
- Order title insurance policies;
- Experience in construction law would be an asset;
- Reviewing Title Search documents and preparing documents on Teraview;
- Experience in pre-construction and post-construction purchases;
- Experience acting for contractors, developers, re-sellers, purchases, real estate agents and brokers;
- Schedule and coordinate closings, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared;
- Other duties as required.

**Qualifications for Law Clerk**:

- 3+ years of experience at a law firm, and understanding of commercial law and residential law;
- Ability to work independently and strong work ethics;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Salary**:
