This role specifically works in collaboration with hospital stakeholders, vendors, clinical business analyst, technical and service teams to ensure that instruments and devices integrate with the Hospital Information System (HIS) as designed, delivering the value to the organization, and are safeguarded against unplanned changes.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Coordinates all relevant design work for integration, interfaces, report development, and data conversions.
- Responsible to ensure robust test plans are in place to properly validate changes and to ensure appropriate hospital management engagement.
- Responsible for preparing formal Request for Changes (RFC’s) documentation including backup and communication plans in support of approved Change Management procedures.
- Works with Service and other TransForm portfolios to provide support as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) - including scheduled and unscheduled activities after hours as required.

**MUST- HAVES**:

- Minimum three (3) year university degree or college diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Sciences, or equivalent work experience and \ or Certifications.

**WE VALUE**:

- Healthcare IT related experience an asset
- Experience with lab instrument and/or device integration an asset
- Experience as a server administration, Unix/Linux networking an asset
- Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, vendors, and team members

**OTHER CONDITIONS**:

- Must be local and have the ability to flex work hours to support;
- After-hour scheduled and unscheduled activities
- On-call support for escalated service tickets applicable to your role
- Must be able to travel within the Southwestern Ontario area, when required
